We want you to love your new trainer gear, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and accessories. Ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Trainer Account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and holographic authenticity stickers are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated shipping point; you will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.
